Pellets initial consult

The EvexiPel initial consultation involves a Nurse Practitioner who will order lab tests, review your medical history, and assess your current symptoms to thoroughly understand your health status. Following this evaluation, a tailored hormone and supplement plan will be proposed to help you achieve your wellness goals, with lab fees billed separately.

Please Note: A $50 deposit is required for all bookings. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your appointment. However, the deposit will be forfeited if you are a no-show or if you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice.
